these leaves were much more colorful when they were alive, I procrastinated and didn't scan them. Now they're dead. I've had these leaves roughly 15 days.

Iron and Wine - Upward and Over the Mountain.
Listening to it right now, such a good song.
Yesterday I was looking through some old pictures and I was noticing how much more in shape I was; which made me REALLY motivated to go running. So I told Jessica to come with me to the park I used to run at with my mom growing up. Jessica being the little health freak she is was excited about it haha. Once we got there we were so pumped, and about ten minutes into it we were so NOT pumped; and as usual we got sidetracked. We literally stopped in the middle of our run, got on the floor and started doing sit ups, and then we realized that we probably looked like idiots! We started walking again and saw tons of different kinds of ducks, it was really cool seeing all the different patterns in their feathers, and a green head? how strange. . . i don't know i guess I'm easily amused.
On our way back we saw this woman throwing crackers with hundreds of birds around her.
We also met two guys who were our age, Josh and Russel. They were leaning against their big bags of leaves with toothpicks in their mouths. We had noticed them racking leaves earlier when we first started our run and we were wondering why they were cleaning up the park all by themselves.
they told us that they were doing community service for getting a DUI; haha i figured . but they seemed like really nice guys.

depressing i know, but that's what was going through my mind earlier.
ALSO, i figured out what i want to do for a career, and I'm way so excited about it.
I want to go to cosmetology school and become a hair dresser. I start in March, at Newberry.
First off, this video is AWKWARD. Think about it, a man of music is sitting a room with a audience of 4 people who are recording him? ugh. They all are sitting uncomfortably, and towards the end the guy loosens up a bit and actually shows interest. Justin Vernon is always tricking my mind with his voice, if you listen and I mean l i s t e n then you'll see how much his voice changes and how his facial expressions are showing that he wants to be recognised for the sound that is coming out of his mouth too. So he switches off.
Although I feel this is tells a different story in each paragraph
i feel that, in this song he is telling of a battle, (either with a relationship, drugs, etc.) that he went through. In most of the song I think the enemy he is talking about is his high voice which is most of the song, and theres his low voice that is some of the time and when it does sing, it's ised in a defensive way. I can tell in his emotions, when he sings in the video in some parts.
then he uses the F word, so obscurely and it's really shocking but in a weird way...it works, really well too. It keeps me interested until "tear on, tail on. take all on the wind on" and it makes me really see what he is talking about ALMOST. I feel he's saying tag along, or something (like relationship...drugs) and then it takes all but then he goes into something totally different while he's singing so I can't understand at all
this is why I like him
but this video doesn't make me love him, like I usually am towards his work but I'll never stop listening and learning about his music...but honestly if you're still reading this and you love Bon Iver, I don't think he's coming back to make music for a long time...a "long while". When he does it's either going to be completely amazing or creepy. He's interesting. I wish I knew more about him when I went to his concert (it wasn't JUST a concert tho..my gosh) because I would have loved my experience more.
He is kind of tense and I KNOW he plays so much more comfortable in his own skin and environment (not being recorded or etc) and since he is only semi famous he is still not used to the public attention and what not so he's tense but definitely super different.

AND THEN IT ENDS, no talk or emotion or anything & it's all because of RECORDINGS. Now I didn't get to see the originals peoples actions directly after the song...or his for a matter! Now they are going to be delayed responded where people had to have time to think over. Ridiculous.
I bet Justin Vernon went home and was like "this is not my crowd of people"

Well that was two totally different thoughts. Hmm it's 4am, and I'm in Jennas house.
it's 12:09 am, and I'm at home after hanging with Bri all day, I'm sitting here watching Tom & Jerry and eating these organic cookies my aunt makes with all different flavors and ingredients as I tell you about our day.
It was pouring today; avoided cold air as much as possible, struggled for parking, we bought matching rose jean skirts, we had a feast of food we came back to our cozy room with a bunch of glasses from the 99 cent store and free people magazine and we came up with these;
now at 1:25 am, I wonder which human being had the ideas and creative mind to create Tom & Jerry, interesting
